2019-20 Theory Market

NH is still there. The line is probably driven by enrollments.
I’m also not sure what comparing Wesleyan to Harvard and Yale has anything to do with it. I’m at a rural R1 with 1,200 PoliSci majors. We have at least 10 faculty who teach some kind of political theory.
What happened to NH who was hired at Wesleyan a couple of years ago? Why do they want to hire a new political theorist? They now have three faculty members in political theory, and Wesleyan is not Harvard or Yale.
