There are plenty of options and factors, and that is to be figured out now that R have moved to the right. Some possible options:
1. Revert to 1965 immigration structure. Implement Brazil- or Dominican-style Europeanization program to counter the effects of unwanted mestizo migration since the 1980s and revert to the traditional American population structure (~80-90% white). Draw on the poor countries of Europe.
2. Break down Big Tech and media monopolies, stop the corporate control of public spaces. Implement ideological quotas on media: e.g., force CNN to dedicate 25% to right-wing coverage beyond their control. At the very least, implement forced Twitter-style warnings from the opposing camp or two.
3. Exert greater control over leftist-infiltrated universities and schools that engage in things like anti-white scapegoating. Implement the same quota for universities as for media. Strictly enforce this order: https://www.dol.gov/agencies/ofccp/faqs/executive-order-13950#Q5
4. Exclude highly criminal large cities like Detroit or Philly from participating in elections that impact other areas. They cannot be trusted to run their own affairs, let alone interfere with the country. Demote them to the status of Puerto Rico.

Deport current illegal immigrants who have not yet received citizenship.Those are some measures that will ensure that the ethnic structure of the country is maintained and that trusting whites are not deceived by anti-white media, hence safeguarding a first world future and not letting the US turn into another Mexico, Honduras, Brazil, etc.
