I'm so out of the academia loop that not only do I not recognize the names of people getting tenure, I don't recognize the names of people sending congratulatory tweets regarding said tenure.
Time to get back to prepping for my 4/4.This is completely normal for people teaching in 3/3 or 4/4 schools, which is at least 50% of people who teach Political Science. Frankly, you aren't missing much by not publishing. We've been a discipline in decline for several years.
