   Baylor hiring lecturer for Fall 2023:

   The Department of Political Science at Baylor University invites applications for the position of Regular Lecturer in American Politics. This full-time position emphasizes teaching, although scholarly productivity is appreciated and the ability to generate external grants is recognized.

   The department is interested in applicants from all fields of American Politics. An ability to teach an introduction to American National Government is essential. In addition, the applicant should be able to teach a broad range of courses on American politics, such as Public Policy, Public Administration, Congress, Political Behavior, State/Local Government, or Race/Ethnicity.

   Didn't they just fill this position for fall 2022?

    A religious school in a small city in Texas?!? Students have to take religious classes and go to chapel. No, gracias. As a prof you could live 90 minutes away in the relative civility of Austin (or the horror of metro Dallas, if you're dumb or evil), but still, no.
