David Ben-Gurion: "When we say that the Arabs are the aggressors and we defend ourselves — this is only half the truth... Politically we are the aggressors and they defend themselves.... The land, the villages, the mountains, the roads are in their hands. The country is theirs, because they inhabit it, whereas we want to come here and settle down, and in their view we want to take away from them their country."
Wut. Many J's lived there a long time beforeNope. Jish population was virtually non-existent prior to WW1. It was around 15% of the population in the late 1930s.
She said they provided a safe haven and were then wiped out. Can't see how that's accurate.
Total lie. She didn't say the Palestinians provided the safe haven, as has been explained to you multiple times. Also didn't say they were wiped out. Here are her words: "Palestinians — who lost their land and some lost their lives, their livelihood, their human dignity, their existence in many ways had been wiped out." So she says *some* of their lives and existence in *many* ways had been wiped out, which is 100% true.
And nothing was forced on Palestinians.
Hahahaha. Dude, if you're gonna lie and try to sell fake history, you have to make it sound good. A minute ago you were accusing the Palestinians of single-handedly launching the war to defend the mandate territory, but now they were totally fine with it? Ok, sure.
15% is not virtually non existent. And they were building institutions.
Obviously they weren't fine with Js moving in peacefully, that's why they committed terror and declared war.
Legally moving into an area is not "forcing" anything on anyone.
