Perfect example of bias against white men. Everyone knows that equally qualified white men will lose out to women or POC. The discrimination is against white men.

Mearsheimer was on his committee. My experience in ir is that people wet themselves with glee if they get anywhere close to someone in poli sci with actual influence or power. So I would say his case is highly unusual.
