Is IPSA worth attending?

My paper is accepted by this year’s IPSA world congress. Is this conference worth attending? I missed this year’s ISA and APSA submission, IPSA is the only one I submitted.

People on this site like to compare conferences on quality, but that's not really possible any more, because the norms for conferences have declined on all fronts (a decline mainly driven by us, the academics).

So ignore the posts here and go have fun.

It should be pretty chillax. You’ll be on a panel with euros and a token third worlder. If you are doing quant they won’t understand it so just talk about the takeaways and don’t get into the methods weeds.

I used as a way to get a free trip overseas. Fit that bill nicely.
