Correct. They are identifying a jointly sufficient condition for letting him go. It's the AND function in boolean terms. By same logic, fine if the peen is meh if his drawers are in good order. Normatively speaking, a jointly sufficient condition would seem to establish a relatively low bar for staying with someone. Some might find a reasonable alternative to be the boolean OR function, with either streaks or meh peen being disqualifying. But maybe that's just me
