You know what's funny about these women? It would be nothing to turn them down. Chances are very high they aren't really anything but shallow manipulators in the first place.
In fact, I can't think of realistic scenario where they are anything but this. Strangers don't just magically care about other strangers, whom they've never met or, and this is the kicker, who won't contact outside of some anonymous veil.
