None of this evidence will come out. Allegations against RVH are not the subject of the lawsuit. It’s against the university for bad procedures for handling the accusations against RVH. It names TL and LGB but never RVH.

Incredible to me how people responded to the Bill Jacoby allegations by questioning the mental sanity of Rebecca Gill claiming that Jacoby is an honest, well-intentioned man that everyone trusts. And now look: We're doing the same to the woman who outs a tenured Berkeley professor for sexual harassment.

Women don't make false allegations about harassment. They just don't. What incentive would Loan Le have to make up this sort of thing? What incentive would Rebecca Gill have to make up the Jacoby incident? When victims of harassment speak, we need to start listening.
