I'm a nobody and don't have enough ego invested here to be goaded.
But this is still just pointless whining to a nonexistent audience.
I have been ranting for a few hours about something I admit I know nothing about but I am not goaded.
I also do not know how internet forums work.
Buddy, I'm waiting for an oil change. It's either this or mobile games.

As I said, I answered the kid asking about drinking habits during grad school then made the mistake of reading something I knew would irritate me. Like 90% of the discipline, I'm of the opinion that if it's worth saying, it's worth putting your name on.

I don't have a particular problem with her research (or even care much about it). My beef (poorly communicated at the outset certainly) is with a behavior that I see as destructive to the discipline.
