    She made the jump, as a full prof, from a LAC to an R1 Ivy league dept. This really doesn't happen unless one's work is highly regarded.

    Bevir is underrated in N America. He's way more known in Great Britain and Scandinavia. He is abrasive and not at all smooth at the academic game of social networking. If anyone is reading him its definitely not because he made it into one of those cliques like the Cambridge School or Critical Theory where everyone cheers nonstop for their own people
