There are things called facts that you can find in the wider world. Most NATO countries do not contribute their 2006 treaty-stipulated agreed amounts to NATO.
Germany wants to buy gas from Russia. This too is a long-standing issue.

I watched it on TV from Europe. To be honest, it did look like law enforcement might be in on this coup.
Capitol police are basically security guards who process tourists through scanners. Law enforcement in name, but not real street cops by any means. That’s one reason they were so ineffective.
