I don't know. In the "activities" you can join, most are not suited for people with Aspergers. Mostly "hiking" and a bunch of bs that I am not going to do with 100 F.

This was perhaps the most infamous and mocked presentation in PolMeth history: Michael Miller's "The Case Against Matching," presented at the 2013 PolMeth meeting.

See the earlier pages on this thread to understand how poorly this paper was received, both at the in-person conference as well as online (including in Justin Esarey's blog).

It's now 10 years later. Michael Miller's paper is...still unpublished.

Not really a fair epilogue. Maybe the PolMeth paper was a bust, but Michael Miller still got tenure at GWU. It's not like his entire career has been a failure.

Yeah, the dude was criticizing a faddish method and got an angry, mocking response. Big surprise. Can't conclude from that he must have been wrong. A lot of people have soured on matching since then.
