I went from 130lbs to 145lbs in a year.
Post your quarantine weight gain

I put on about 15 pounds, but that's less because of quarantine than an injury to my knee that prevented me from working out.
Starting physical therapy for it next week I hope.Decided to hit my home weights and rowing machine for the first time in about three months. Endurance on both is shot to heII, but I guess that’s to be expected. Knees didn’t bother me at all on the rowing machine, which is kind of a surprise.

^I feel you bro. I started running against last month after taking the winter off. My times were SAD and worse than that I had to stop every two miles or so and walk a bit. Hills were unbearable. At least things are getting easier now.
Glad to hear it! I’m going to slowly ramp back up - maybe adding half a kilometer a week to get back where I was. I can still lift the same, but not as many reps, so got to get back up to speed on that too.
