How can you continue to let this website allow ‘discussions’ that are essentially racial harassment?
This is a junior hire people are discussing.Lol. There haven't been mods here for months.

Mods, please explain your deletion logic.
A thread viciously attacking an ABD who did nothing wrong has been up for days, and has still not been removed despite multiple reports and deletion requests. This person has been repeatedly attacked and insulted, including expletives, for completely innocuous Twitter activity, such as legal forms of political activism, and job market advice tweets.
On the other hand, you deleted a thread mentioning the inappropriate behavior of a currently tenured faculty member, Dustin Tingley, who was severely intoxicated at a conference, and engaged in s.e.x.ually inappropriate behavior towards a female graduate student. Both intoxication during a public university-sponsored event, and engaging in that type of behavior, are fireable offenses.
What is your logic behind these double standards?
