    + a routhledge book.

    If she is a good teacher and a good collegaue why shouldn't that be enough for a promotion to full at a private jesuit university in Philadelphia? Grow up.

    Citations are an important measure for academic promotions. Just 22 citations on GS are almost nothing. At Web of Science, this would likely translate to 10 citations or so.

    Most ABDs I know have already accrued more citations.

    Seconded. I don't sit on the tenure/review committee at that school. If they promoted her to full, they've got reasons for it that no one on this board will ever have access to.
