I have a BSc in Business and Economics, MSc in International Business, with some coursework in polsci and development studies. Now looking to go more into political studies, preferably in Europe
Where can i do a PhD in Political Science if i have a business/econ background?

Your ability to manage a branch of Dundee-Mifflin won’t help or hurt you in a PhD program in political science.
Well I just need to be accepted into the programme first. That is all you want?
It is not all I want, however, when looking at different master's programmes, I noticed many programmes had very specific requirements for courses and ECTS within each subject you needed to be eligible. People in my current programme did not get admitted because they missed some specific ECTS. Is it different for PhD?

In America the pseudoscientific ECTS will be ignored, yet you wish to cower in Europe for some reason? Do you now understand the consequences?

No, I do not consider studying in the US.
